Do you have a Smartbox, Wonderbox, or other vacation/wellness gift box? Follow these instructions.

Do you accept Smartbox and Wonderbox gift certificates?

Yes. We welcome holders of Smartbox, Wonderbox, and most other vacation or wellness gift boxes. Just make sure our establishment is listed among the partners for your gift box.

How do I make a reservation using my gift certificate?

Reservations can be made directly with us by phone at 04 42 53 88 10 or by email, specifying your gift set reference number. We’ll work with you to arrange dates based on availability; please be sure to book in advance, especially on weekends and during peak season.

Does my package cover the entire stay?

Each package has its own contents (overnight stay, overnight stay + breakfast, spa experience, dinner, etc.). We’ll let you know what’s included and, if applicable, any additional charges to be paid on site for services not covered.

Can I use my gift set at the spa?

Yes, if your package includes a wellness service. Access to the “L’Arbre à vie” spa is by reservation only, in private time slots: please specify this when you book so we can reserve your time slot.

My gift set has expired. What should I do?

Most Smartbox and Wonderbox gift certificates can be extended for free on the gift certificate provider’s website. Once the validity period has been extended, contact us to make your reservation as usual.

Can I add any extras to my stay?

Of course: dinner at the wine bar, extra time at the spa, an upgrade to a suite… Just let us know what you’d like when you make your reservation, and we’ll take care of everything—you can pay the additional amount on site.

What happens when you arrive on the big day?

Please present your gift set (or its number) at the front desk upon arrival, starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive late (after 8:00 p.m.), please let us know in advance so we can arrange access.
