Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges; after that, the room rate will be charged. For business stays, cancellations are accepted up to 12:00 p.m. the day before arrival—after that, the reservation can no longer be modified, and early departures will be charged.

Gift Sets (Smartbox, Wonderbox)

For Smartbox and Wonderbox gift certificates, cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the start of the stay. After that, the gift certificate is forfeited.

Does the Comfort Double Room have a view of Sainte-Victoire?

No. The view of Sainte-Victoire is available only from the Sainte-Victoire Rooms, the Sainte-Victoire Suite, and the Balnéo Suite. The Comfort Double Room overlooks the garden or the pool.
