Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges; after that, the room rate will be charged. For business stays, cancellations are accepted up to 12:00 p.m. the day before arrival; after that, the reservation can no longer be modified, and early departures will be charged.

For Smartbox and Wonderbox gift certificates, cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the start of the stay. After that, the gift certificate is forfeited.

Can we use the spa and the pool?

The outdoor pool is open to all guests during the summer months. The spa (saunas, hot tub, ice bath) requires a reservation; please request a time slot when making your reservation.

What is the difference between the Premium Room and the Comfort Double Room?

The Premium Room measures 22 to 24 m², compared to 16 to 17 m² for the Comfort Double Room, and features premium bedding instead of comfort bedding. Rates start at €135 per night, compared to €90 for the Comfort Double Room.
